According to Hiller the inscription is retrograde. The inscription was not located during Inglese 2002 and 2003 surveys.

Execution: chiselled.

Palaeography

Letters of the archaic alphabet of Thera: Epsilon: vertical stroke protruding at the bottom, oblique bars. Iota: with three strokes. San: used for the sibilant sound.
